Spring Mobile Solutions Partners with Salesforce

Spring Mobile Solutions, a provider of mobile applications for optimizing field operations for the consumer goods industry, announces it has launched its mobileSales and mobileRetail sales force automation and merchandising automation applications for consumer goods on the Salesforce AppExchange, expected to empower businesses to connect with customers, partners and employees.

Integrated with the Salesforce Customer Success Platform, which brings together cloud apps for sales, service, marketing, community and analytics, mobileSales and mobileRetail are currently available on the AppExchange at https://appexchange.salesforce.com/listingDetail?listingId=a0N30000000pv8GEAQ.

Spring’s mobileSales app helps to optimizes the field sales process for consumer goods sales representatives by providing order taking capabilities, accurate pricing and stock levels, and marketing collateral sharing even when Internet capability is not available. The mobileRetail app is a mobile application that enables “perfect store” planning and execution of in-store retail activities, including planogram compliance checks, promotion execution, customer visit planning and in-store audit surveys.

Spring has fully integrated the Chatter enterprise social collaboration platform into its mobileSales and mobileRetail applications, enabling field reps to collaborate closely with managers and personnel at the head office. The new joint offering provides offline Chatter capabilities, enabling conversations that can be captured at the appropriate time in the stores, and contain the context of the customer visit. Conversations can be captured, even when Internet connectivity is lost, and are then synced when connection is regained. The solution will also enable data integration with CRM customer records to offer customer management and reporting capabilities.
