Guess? Launches Social Shopping Experience

Guess? is providing a new interactive social shopping experience for three of its brands, Guess?, G by Guess and Guess by Marciano. Dubbed the Style Studio, Virtual Look Book and Creative Studio respectively, the interactive environments debuted Black Friday on the Guess sites and Facebook, offering visitors the chance to create custom product collections, share them with friends and other shoppers, enter special promotions, and purchase their outfits.

Guess? selected PurchLive’s interactive environment to provide an experience that allows shoppers to promote a retailer's brand while providing a new rich set of behavioral analytics that will help retailers merchandise more effectively. PurchLive uncovers patterns in customer behavior, such as:

  • Understanding what sells with what and to whom?
  • Who are the social "purchase influencers"?
  • Understanding shopping habits across their website and Facebook.
  • Who shared collections on Facebook?

Guess? can use this knowledge to improve promotions, sales, layouts, and stocking levels, while allowing their consumers to promote brand awareness.
