Speaker Requirements

• Nominated speakers must be senior sales and marketing executives from the Consumer Goods industry (the majority of speaking slots) or senior Retail executives who are focused on collaborative activities with CG partners.
• All speakers must be at the VP level and higher to receive “first choice” consideration.
• Please note: In general, we are not seeking vendor executives as speakers. That said there are a limited number of speaking opportunities for vendors who are sponsors at a certain level. For all information pertaining to those specific speaking slots for vendor-sponsors, please direct all inquiries to Albert Guffanti, the publisher of Consumer Goods Technology at aguffanti@edgellmail.com or 973-607-1380.   

Nomination Guidelines

• All nominations must be submitted in writing by email to be considered.
• You may make multiple speaker nominations.
• We are always seeking the strongest story in every speaker placement.  When you make your nomination(s) please indicate which topic area(s) your nominee(s) would be best suited for.  Note that in all instances final placement of any nominee on the 2012 CGSM speaker roster is at the sole discretion of the CGSM / Consumer Goods Technology editorial team.

Submission Information

• The executive’s name, exact title, company name, email, phone (required)
• In 25 words or less, a brief indication of the executive’s focus that would relate to placement on the CGSM 2012 agenda (required)
• If applicable and available, the executive’s admin name, email and phone (not required)

• 2012 CGSM speaker nominations are reviewed and considered by the event editorial team within a week of receipt.
• We will be situating 2012 CGSM speakers against a series of deadlines beginning with November 6, 2011 and continuing to January 6, 2012 and concluding on March 6, 2012. Without a doubt there will potentially be more placement options the earlier a nomination is received.
